PADI Discover SCUBA Diving - It's Easier Than You Think When you participate in the PADI Discover SCUBA Diving Program, you learn about SCUBA diving in three simple steps. A PADI Instructor conducts a brief orientation, followed by your first underwater experience in either a swimming pool or shallow water where you will learn the basic skills of breathing under water. You will continue under the careful supervision of your experienced PADI instructor to an actual SCUBA dive in shallow water where you safely experience the same sense of wonder and excitement shared every day by SCUBA divers throughout the world.

At Scuba Cat, all our scuba diving certification courses include manuals and free scuba diving equipment rental In addition we teach all of our diver level courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve. All our courses are taught to PADI Standards.

PADI Discover SCUBA Diving - This Is Only The Start! The PADI Discover SCUBA Diving in Phuket Thailand is an experience that gives you a taste of what you experience when you dive. Enrolling in the PADI Scuba Diver course or the PADI Open Water Diver course allows you to go even further, by gaining the knowledge and skills to become a fully qualified SCUBA diver.

Compared with most "dive centers" in Thailand (a lot of them is just a website - a "Virtual Dive Company") - Scuba Cat owns their own fleet of diving boats and have been in operation since 1994. If you do a Course or a Dive Career Package with us, all your dives will be from one of our own dive boats, not "we got to do a beach dive, 'cause it is not enough students" or from a "last minute rented long tail boat, 'cause all the other boats are full".
