As a PADI National Geographic Diver, you join an elite group of explorers, adventurers and conservationists. The insight and training you gain during this program will broaden your awareness and take your diving skills to a new level. You'll learn to observe and explore like an underwater scientist.

DVD. In addition, you'll fine-tune your buoyancy, navigation, exploration, and observation skills while on an open water dive.


PADI National Geographic Diver Course requires a minimum age of 10.


What will you do?

Your experience begins with the PADI Open Water Diver program, enhanced with adventures unique to the PADI National Geographic Diver program. You will learn to explore with detail, identify important underwater features and navigate with certainty. You will have the diving knowledge and practice to manoeuvre with poise along the reef ecosystems.

 

You’ll learn basic dive skills and safety information through the PADI Open Water Diver course.

 

You’ll be introduced to worldwide dive environments and opportunities by interacting with the PADI National Geographic Diver Almanac and DVD.

You’ll learn to fine-tune your buoyancy to hover easily and manoeuvre carefully through delicate aquatic habitats.

 

You’ll learn how to observe your surroundings in order to get the best experience from each dive. You’ll gain practical experience by gathering information and collecting images to create a visual representation of a dive site detailing what you’ve discovered through your observations.

 

You’ll improve your navigation skills and ability to find your way around underwater by using a compass as well as natural references. You’ll be introduced to a multitude of aquatic species and be able to identify local plants and animals.

What's included in the course?

At Scuba Cat, all our scuba diving certification courses include manuals and free scuba diving equipment rental For the PADI National Geographic Diver program you'll receive the PADI National Geographic Diver Crew- Pak. In addition we, teach all of our diver level courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve. All our courses are taught to PADI Standards.


What's included in the National Geographic Diver Crew-Pak?

The Crew Pak is an all-encompassing tool kit that will provide you with educational information and pictorials within the PADI National Geographic Diver Almanac and the PADI Open Water Diver Manual. Travel through towering kelp forests and over iridescent coral reefs as you learn about the underwater ecosystems from National Geographic explorers with the National Geographic Diver DVD.


Log books are an invaluable record of dive training and experience. The Deluxe Adventure Log Start - Up Module will allow you to create a dynamic log book, as well as a day planner for your personal use. A durable, water-resistant, lightweight PADI National Geographic Binder is included to keep you organized.


How much will it cost?

PADI National Geographic Diver Course - 20,000 Baht (5 Days / 6 Dives).

Including the PADI National Geographic Diver Crew-Pak, scuba diving equipment rental, six boat dives, certification and instructor fees.


What can you do next?

After completing the PADI Open Water Diver program, you'll want to continue your dive education. One more day will allow you to complete your PADI Adventure Diver course; two days and you'll be an PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. Or why not join us for some day trip diving or even a liveaboard trip?
