The Similan Islands - Turtle Rock

Comprises a coral garden on the rocky coast to the west of Donald Duck Bay. The name is from a rock shaped like a turtle at the surface of the site.

The dive site is patch coral reef either side of stacked rocks with a sand bottom reaching 25m at the deepest point.

 

On the sand bottom look for the khule’s stingrays and garden eels, in the rocky area sweetlips, snapper and grouper can be found Also many types of nudibranch can be found, Often juveniles of angelfish are around here, and at night the area has many lobsters.
